I’m Jess! The founder of Movement Method, a business built on a lifelong passion for health, movement, and helping others. My journey began in elite-level swimming, spending years training, competing, and traveling across Australia. This experience taught me discipline and the importance of consistency — values that are deeply woven into the way I coach today.

Movement Method was created to bridge the gap between fitness, rehabilitation, and sustainable wellbeing. As a qualified Exercise Scientist, my background also includes swim coaching, allied health, and personal training, with a strong focus on functional movement, injury recovery, and building lifelong strength. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life — whether it’s overcoming pain, regaining confidence in movement, or striving toward new fitness goals.
